5. Once we receive your device we will inspect it for any other problems prior to repair it, if any issues arise we will contact you before moving forward with the repair.

6. We will repair your device the same day it arrives and ship it back the next day using USPS First Class Mail which takes 2-5 days to arrive at your location. (Return Shipping is included in your Purchase.)

7. We offer faster shipping via USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 Days) for an Extra Charge.

*Please notice that when buying this service will only receive the iPhone XS Max back glass repair at our store by mail when you ship your device to us. We don’t accept any drop offs (No exceptions) and will only return the phone by mail to your location, we don’t offer any local pick up after we repaired your device no exceptions.

*We do receive walking customers at our store for iPhone 8, 8 Plus, X, Xr, Xs, Xs Mac back glass repair but the repair price is different. (little more expensive) No Exceptions

* Scamming buyers will have their iPhone imei reported

All of our services include warranty but ONLY against defects that we repaired or replaced for a period of 30 Days. Extended Warranty for 3 months when you leave an EBAY REVIEW. The warranty does NOT include water damaged Device after the service was done. Once the buyer buys our listing hes responsible for paying shipping and delivery costs to receive your smartphone. Once we receive your smartphone will fix the listing issue paid and ship back your device back FREE using USPS First Class Mail Shipping which takes 2-5 Days for delivery to your location. You can pay extra for USPS Priority Mail Shipping which takes 1-3 Days if you need faster shipping.

For a Warranty claim the buyer must ship his smartphone back to us for inspection, it needs to be shipped back at your cost (we are not responsible for shipping costs no exceptions). Once we receive your smartphone our technicians will inspect it for the issue sent and contact you back if it has any other issues, if the problem was due to our service will fix your device and cover just the shipping back to you at no extra cost. If we see that the issue has nothing to due with the purchased service you can either request to get it back and must pay full shipping back and delivery costs to receive it back or if you approved the new repair issue we can fix it at a repair fee and offer free shipping back.
